How can I contact Minibel.ie?

Can gifts be sent directly to the recipient?
Yes, the majority of our baby gifts are sent directly to the new baby. You can purchase a New Baby card and I will write your message inside or I can include a small note. There is an option to include a personal message at checkout. If you miss it, you can contact Minibel after you place your order with your message.

Will there be any receipts included?
Don't worry, I never include any prices/receipts with our deliveries. Your receipt will be emailed automatically once you have confirmed your purchase.

Do you ship worldwide?
I currently ship within Ireland and to the UK, Europe and USA. I hope to ship to more locations soon.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The current order processing time is at the top of my homepage. On average it is 5-7 working days. Delivery within Ireland with AnPost takes 1-3 working days.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive a notification that your item has shipped. The shipping notification will be sent to the email address you provided when ordering.

I made a mistake on the item I ordered. Can I get a replacement?
As your order enters our system immediately upon placement of your order, it is extremely important that you review your order for correctness prior to submission. We do understand, however, that mistakes happen! Take special care when reviewing your order; check your spelling, dates and names very carefully. In the event you've made an error and need a replacement, we would be happy to offer you a 20% discount if you need to re-order.  In the case of all engraved items, it is not possible to rectify engraved gifts.

If I made a mistake on an item,
Of course, if I made the error, I will send a replacement item at no charge to you. In most cases, it will be necessary to receive the item with the error back before we can send the replacement item.

What payment methods do you accept?
Minibel.ie accepts Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Paypal, ApplePay, GooglePay. 

Why can't I add items to the
shopping basket?
The browser that you are using may not be set up to support Cookies, or you may have Cookies turned off.

Without Cookies enabled, you will not be able to add items to your shopping cart. "Cookies" are small text files that are placed on your computer in order to identify your shopping cart on our Website.

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see current processing time at top of homepage.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges
I do not accept exchanges or cancellations. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will be more than happy to help you.

Please contact me within 24 hours of placing order. Once your order has been processed, I cannot cancel or amend your order. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for custom or personalised orders (soother clips, engraved items).

Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

CARE
To Clean Wooden Items: wipe with a warm, damp cloth. Do not soak in water. Allow to air dry.

Crochet Rattles: Wash crochet section in warm, soapy water. Wipe wooden handle. Allow to air dry.

Cutlery Sets, Wooden Plates and Bowls: wash in warm soapy water. Do not soak in water. I would recommend rubbing some food grade oil (olive oil, coconut oil etc) on to the wooden handles.

Silicone Plates: wash in warm, soapy water. Dishwasher safe.

Muslin Bibs: Wash with similar colours at max 40°C wash.

SAFETY
As with all baby products, please use them under adult supervision. Some products contain small parts and the customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring this product is used in a safe manner. Regularly check the product and discard if it shows any sign of wear and tear, or damage.

Personalised Soother Clips;
Our beads are threaded onto silky soft satin cord. Our silicone range is BPA free, and our wooden beads are natural and free from any oils. Letters are laser engraved on to natural beech wood beads. However, under no circumstances should your child put the products in their mouth as it does contain small parts. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the child’s safety. Our soother clips are an accessory and to prevent the soother/item from getting lost or falling on the floor.
